1/32 - Roden - Sopwith 1 & 1/2 Strutter - A993 - 2nd Lt. C. Reece, 2nd AM A.Moult - N° 43 Sqn, RFC

Three full-size sheet decal set depicting A993, n°43 Squadron RFC, captured on 28 April 1917, with 2Lt C M Reece and AMII A Moult both made PoW. It was the 12th of 15 victories credited to Vzfw Edmund Nathanael of Jasta 5.

It's the feature scheme of our Aviattic instruction sheets, as well as the scheme featuring on the collection banner of the Aviattic line-up.

Dave Hooper's take on A993:

"A993 was a much-photographed aircraft allowing me to produce the size, spacing and styling of the port and starboard lettering as close as possible to the original photograph. There was a distinct difference between the lettering on the two sides. There is also some unique stencilling on the rudder which I have been able to include. A993 appears to have aluminium cowls and well weathered."
