Three sheet decal set of the ever-popular "Sieben Schwaben" scheme of Lt. Alfred Bäder of Jasta 65.

The villagers story didn't have a happy ending, so the message behind this marking remains unclear. Clothing colours are conjectural but details have been faithfully replicated from superb photographs featured on www.buddecke.de.

Match the tail colour to paint metal cowlings, the one forward of the cockpit retaining its original OAW lilac and green painted, random lozenge shapes. They were often removed by this unit to aid cooling of volatile phosphorous ammunition.

Decals The Seven Swabians - Sieben Schwachen

I have bought a WNW Fokker D.VII OAW #3203. I would like something special. These decals Jasta 65 Sieben Schwachen - Lt. Alfred Baeder ATT32270 are so great, so original that the austere lines of the Fokker D.VII take a back seat.
